How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

Please open and inspect your order within 30 days of receipt to be sure your items are in good condition (and the proper items ordered). If necessary, please contact us by email or phone (770-337-2519) with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Date of order
  • Order number
  • Describe defective or broken item (if emailing, attach a photo, if possible) OR describe item received in error
  • Provide the Scripture verse on the item
Await instructions from Scripture Tableware for replacement of the item.

(Feed on the Word's policy is that defective or incorrect items received must be reported within 30 days, or else items will not be replaced.)

To return an item for refund or exchange (18% returns processing fee applies)
Contact Scripture Tableware via email or phone (770-337-2519) with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Date of order
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
DO NOT SHIP ITEMS before receiving an authorization from Scripture Tableware. Items must be in saleable condition and received in their original packaging. Await communication from Scripture Tableware with your authorization to return item(s). You are responsible for insured shipping charges of the package. Once received and processed at the manufacturer, Feed on the Word, Inc., if Scripture Tableware is granted credit for the package, Scripture Tableware will send a check to you for the amount of the sale minus 18% returns processing fee.
